Council chief complains to PINS after removal of iconic Lucozade sign

The leader of a west London borough has written to the Planning Inspectorate (PINS) to complain at a lack of consistency in decisions on advertisement appeals after the iconic 1950s Lucozade sign beside the M4 was replaced with an illuminated LED screen.
