What's new in DCP Issue 135 (November 2015)

The following details the sections that have been updated as part of the issue 134 (November 2015) revision to DCP.

•    Lawful use or development certificates (4.301) where the restraints imposed by the descriptions of lawful development is discussed at 4.3013.
•    Part 6 Agricultural and forestry buildings and operations (4.3425) which details the agricultural and forestry permitted development rights contained in Part 6 of the GPDO 2015.
•    Part 7 Non-domestic extensions, alterations etc (4.3426) Part 7 of the GPDO 2015 brought together permitted development rights which fell within various parts of the GPDO 1995 as well as introducing some new rights.
•    Parts 14 and 15 Renewable Energy and power related development (4.3428) This group of parts of the GPDO 2015 gives permitted development rights for renewable energy and power related development.
•    Parts 16 to 19 Communications, mining, miscellaneous and development by the Crown or for national security purposes (4.3429) where the various GPDO 2015 permitted development rights are explained.
•    Vehicle scrap yards (20.2) which covers uses where the primary activity involves vehicle dismantling, and breaking or fragmenting, although other forms of metal reclamation are often carried out at such yards.
