Agricultural occupancy condition wording prevents widening terms of use

A condition imposed on an outline planning permission for a dwelling in the Lake District national park which limited occupation to a person employed or last employed locally in agriculture or forestry was judged to be sufficiently precise to reject a LDC seeking confirmation that it encompassed occupation by a person employed within 30 miles in a trade or business.
