What's new in DCP Issue 125 (March 2014)

The following details the sections that have been updated as part of the Issue 125 (March 2014) revision to DCP.

The sections that have been updated this issue relate to

Part 4 of the GPDO (4.3424) where the new permitted development right to allow flexible uses is dealt with.

Student accommodation (11.7) where the interaction with the C4 use class is discussed.

Business/office buildings (14.1) where the correct contemporary parking standards for B1 parking are looked at.

Guest houses (16.6) where the sometimes ancillary nature of such a use is discussed and

Dance and music uses (17.3) where the question of whether an application of an hours limitation condition is reasonable is dealt with.
