Restriction on garage and storage use in park removed

An appeal involving a disputed condition which had been imposed on a planning permission authorising the erection of a garage and stores at a public park in south Wales was decided in favour of an appellant who claimed that the restriction of the use of the building to the local authority no longer had any legal effect. A second appeal seeking confirmation that the building had a lawful Class B8 use was denied.
