DCS boast a wide range of sources to bring you a unique and comprehensive database of planning appeals!

With over 30 years experience in providing planning information services DCS has built up an unrivalled relationship with all those involved in planning appeal decisions. We obtain our appeals from a wide variety of sources to ensure we hold significant decisions, allowing us to offer a unique and comprehensive database of appeals going back over 25 years, a service which is not found anywhere else!

The Planning Inspectorate is our main source of decisions but to ensure we are able to provide the most comprehensive database of decisions available we also source appeals covering:

•    Scotland (DPEA/Scottish Government)
•    Wales (Planning Inspectorate/Welsh Government)
•    Call-ins/Recovered cases
•    Energy consents Section 36
•    TPOs
•    Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project decisions

To access more than 186,500 call-ins, hearings, inquiries and notable written representations, in or out of office hours, with no time limit the most cost-effective method of buying appeal decisions is through DCS bulk buy option. You can then use COMPASS Online to select and download the most relevant decisions for you.
