Case cited in DCP feature added to COMPASS Online

A new feature has been added to COMPASS online which enables you to know whether an appeal you are viewing has been included in the DCP manual.

This new feature will not only enable you to view similar appeals in DCP but will also give you details of court cases and government guidance on the subject matter.

To see whether an appeal you are viewing has been feaured in DCP you first need to go into the appeal record. If the case does feature in DCP then there will be a DCP section number in the "Case cited in DCP" section of the appeal record (see below)

If you have a DCP subscription and you wish to go directly to the DCP section simply click on the DCP section link.
