COMPASS Online - researching planning appeals

As part of your COMPASS Online subscription you can now have your own planning appeal research team working for you

Included in your COMPASS Online subscription you can:

• Have the ability to instantly read an abstract giving you a snapshot of the vital issues within the appeal without having to go to the full record

• At the click of a button, obtain a list of issues featured and the associated appeals

• Find out the latest policy and legislative information raised within a particular appeal

We’ve improved the layout and structure of how key information is presented to you, making sure you get the most important information instantly. For example, you can now have the option to view abstracts on some of the appeals within the results list and any associated high court and court of appeal information.

Also for all 170, 000 appeals you will have instant links to comparable appeals along with a check list of relevant DCP sections for the different kinds of developments or specific issues raised within the appeal.

It’s just like having your own planning appeal research team working for you!
