To access the Customer Account Management System click here and type in your case sensitive password. If you have forgotten or are having problems with your login details contact customer services on 01452 835 820.
This will take you to the home page of the Customer Account management System and will allow you to select the right account (if you have multiple accounts with DCS Ltd).
Once you have chosen the right account click on the view download reports option which will allow you to list all appeals downloaded for your COMPASS Online subscription.
Using the options available you can create a report based on specific date ranges, account names(s), contact names(s) and/or the reference number submitted.
