User guide: How to view appeals cited in DCP Online chapters

Please use this user guide to see how you can read a description and download the decision letter of any planning appeal cited in DCP Online.

If you want to read a full description of any appeal referred to in DCP Online either click on the 9 digit DCS number or the compass symbol  . This will allow you to read the full description of the appeal. 

To close the description simply click on the  symbol.

 

Downloading an Appeal from COMPASS Online

o read a description or to download the full decision letter* click on the 9 digit reference number. This will open up COMPASS Online in a new window, you may receive a security warning asking if you want to go to COMPASS Online, click yes.

To download the full decision letter you will need a separate account with COMPASS Online. Please contact customer services on 01452 835820 or email dcs@haymarket.com and we will be happy to show you how to set one up or to check if your organisation already has an account. We have a range of options for purchasing downloads to suit most needs and budgets and would be happy to discuss these with you.

Once in COMPASS Online, this will take you to the planning appeal record on COMPASS Online. For more information on the appeal click on the 9 digit DCS reference number on the top left of the appeal.  


 

To download the full text decision letter click on the View PDF button on the top of the appeal. You must be logged in and have either an active annual COMPASS subscription or enough credits left in your bulk buy account to download the case.
