HS2 compensation scheme not up to speed

For those of us who represent parties affected by large transport infrastructure schemes such as Crossrail and High Speed Two (HS2), it is nauseating to continually read many informed commentators, and even bodies such as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), make the assumption, oft quoted by the government and promoting agencies, that the compensation schemes being offered are "generous" - thus either wholly ignoring or remaining silent about the quite apparent unfairness and inadequacies of the schemes.
