Scott, who is currently a director in CBRE’s London-based national planning team, will be responsible for coordinating the firm’s planning teams across its regional offices in Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Manchester and Southampton.

Scott said: "Following a period of contraction for the regional planning teams, we are now beginning to see real growth in terms of instructions and client base, which in turn has led to a pressing need to strengthen the firm’s planning offer."
