Council reaffirms plans to allocate 'Watership Down site' for homes

West Berkshire District Council has voted to resubmit its core strategy for examination without removing a proposed allocation of 2,000 homes on a greenfield site that caused the document to be deemed 'unsound' by an inspector last year.
